1. Getting Started

To ensure a secure and personalized experience, GensKAI requires a Google Account login.

Why? This grants you access to your private creative workspace and ensures your projects are securely stored.

2. The Creative Workspace

The canvas is your interactive stage. Draw, erase, and combine images.

Drawing Tools

  • Draw (✏️): Freehand sketching.
  • Select (↔️): Move/Resize/Rotate assets.
  • Erase: Remove strokes.
  • Clear: Wipe the canvas clean.

Asset Management

  • Upload: Import images for backgrounds or characters.
  • Fullscreen: Toggle distraction-free mode.

3. Prompts & Models

The "Magic Wand" Assistant

Not sure how to prompt? Click the rewrite buttons.

Adds camera motion and physics descriptions.

4. Composition Mode Logic

This toggle changes how the AI interprets your canvas.

Mode Image Generation Video Generation
Sketch (OFF) Inpaint: Draws only on sketched areas. Preserves uploads. Direct: Animates the raw sketch directly.
Comp (ON) Reimagine: Treats whole canvas as a concept. Flow: Animates the generated image you selected.

Long Video Unlocks 24s+ story mode. Short films, narratives.
Manual Scene Director Mode (Start/End frames). Precise storytelling.
Vertical Video 9:16 Aspect Ratio. TikTok / Shorts.
Character Workflow Identity Lock (Bible). Consistent protagonists.

6. Core Workflows

Path 1: Quick-Start

  1. Draw simple sketch.
  2. Set Comp Mode: OFF.
  3. Write Video Prompt (use 🎬).
  4. Click Generate Video.

Path 2: Refined

  1. Create scene (Draw/Upload).
  2. Generate & Select Image.
  3. Refine Video Prompt.
  4. Click Generate Video to animate result.

7. Advanced Storytelling

🅰️ Automatic Storyboard

Best for quick narratives without strict character limits.

How to: Enable Long Video. Generate First Frame. Click "Generate Full Story". AI handles the rest.

🅱️ Character-Consistent Flow

Best for hero-centric stories.

How to: Enable Character Workflow. "Create Character" -> Approve Sheet. The engine will inject this ID into every scene.
